All ticket sales are final.<\/strong> Tours cannot be exchanged, rescheduled, or refunded.<\/p>\n

Guests that purchase our optional ticket insurance during checkout can cancel or reschedule their tour with at least 24 hours notice<\/strong> and can be rescheduled or reimbursed for the full tour ticket price (minus the booking fee and insurance fee). Please contact us<\/a> for assistance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Could my tour be canceled?<\/p>\n

Not likely, but it is possible.<\/strong> In the event of severe weather or a lack of tour-goers, the tour may be canceled.<\/p>\n

In the event of inclement weather, the decision to cancel will be made by Brew Tours Staff at least 12 hours before the start of the tour. If roads are fair and our brewery partners are open, we make every effort to run our tours as scheduled.\u00a0 Should you wish to reschedule due to the inability to travel during the inclement weather, please contact us<\/a> to discuss your options; a fee may apply if your tour was still scheduled to operate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Our pick-up spot is in front of The Fairmont Austin.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The van will depart right at the time listed, so we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to allow for time to check-in! Bear in mind we do not have a storefront, but our pickup location is on Red River Street, in front of the Fairmont Austin.<\/p>\n

Why do I have to wear closed-toed shoes?<\/p>\n

All guests must wear closed-toe shoes to participate in the tour.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is a safety precaution that the breweries themselves are required to enforce, therefore, no exceptions can be made. If you are taking a tour during the summer months, please plan accordingly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A note on gluten: Typically, beer is not gluten-free. Some of our tour stops do from time to time offer gluten-free options, however, we cannot guarantee their availability. Gluten-free guests should consider our non-drinker ticket, so they can purchase cider or gluten-free beer when available.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Our public tours can accommodate 14 guests<\/strong>, and for groups of 8 or more we recommend private tours<\/a>, that can accommodate up to 500 guests.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We offer 2 different public tours which you can read more about here<\/a>. Because private tours are personalized, there is a sliding scale of differences between them vs. public tours. Generally, we suggest private tours for corporate events, bachelor\/bachelorette parties, and other groups of over 10 guests. We do not recommend driving to our tours.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Whenever possible, please use a car service or public transportation to get to your pick up spot. If you must drive, parking is available in several locations in Downtown Austin. Please check the austintexas.gov parking page<\/a> or use the Park ATX App<\/a> to find paid public parking. Spothero<\/a> (no affiliation) can also be used to find and rent private parking.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Many of our stops are wheelchair accessible. However, our seated passenger vans can only accommodate folding wheelchairs on private tours.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

You must be 21 or older and show proper identification in order to participate in our tour, even if you\u2019ve purchased a non-drinker ticket.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We often include prepaid gratuity for parties of 4 or more.
