After 13 years at Magic Hat, where he worked his way up from tank cleaner to head brewer, Matty O\u2019s dream became a reality on Route 7 in beautiful Shelburne, Vermont, where he launched his flagship Fiddlehead IPA, establishing a drinkable, hop forward, tap-only IPA unlike anything before it.<\/p>\n<p>Now, Fiddlehead Brewing Company is a 15-barrel brewery on a mission to produce the highest quality beer using as many local ingredients as they can. Their beers have become so popular that they\u2019re expanding the facility where they\u2019ll continue to churn out an array of craft porters and IPAs while their current brewhouse will focus on sour beers.
