Pairing Notes: With all the savoriness packed into this puff pastry, you’re going to want a beer that was brewed the same way! Kellerbier traditionally an unfiltered and unpasteurized beer leaves the final lagered product cloudy and rich in yeast goodness, but smooth enough to keel out all the packed flavors of your first bite!

Hickory smoked pork sliders w/ cucumber pineapple slaw, Chesco BBQ sauce

Pairing Notes: With hints of raisin, licorice, coffee, and chocolate, this Baltic Porter is sure to dance with the smoked flavors from the hickory bbq, but even more so the cucumber pineapple slaw. Expect it to add a smooth malted balance to a smoky-sweet slider.
