What is the cancellation, rescheduling, refund policy?<\/p>\n

All ticket sales are final. Tours cannot be exchanged, rescheduled, or refunded. Reschedules are available for extreme weather or other unforeseen events.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Could my tour be cancelled?<\/p>\n

Not likely, but it is possible. In the event of severe weather or a lack of tour-goers, the tour may be canceled.<\/p>\n

In the event of inclement weather, the decision to cancel will be made by City Brew Tours Staff at least 12 hours before the start of the tour. If roads are fair and our brewery partners are open, we make every effort to run our tours as scheduled. If you are unable to travel due to inclement weather, please give us a call at (774)-474-8038 to discuss your options. Every effort will be made to reschedule your tour at a time convenient to you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Where do your tours pick up?<\/p>\n

Pick-up (Falmouth: Taste Of Cape Cod Tour<\/strong>)takes place at 291 Jones Road, Falmouth, MA 02540 at the Holiday Inn in Downtown Falmouth. There is alternate parking available nearby, and this is also a central location for many other hotels in the area. However, we strongly recommend walking or using a ride-sharing service or public transportation.<\/p>\n

Pick-up (Hyannis: Taste Of Cape Cod Tour<\/strong>)takes place at Kandy Korner, 474 Main St, Hyannis, MA 02601.Located directly out front on main street. There is alternate parking available nearby, and this is also a central location for many other hotels in the area. However, we strongly recommend walking or using a ride-sharing service or public transportation.<\/p>\n

Why do I have to wear closed-toed shoes?<\/p>\n

All guests must wear closed-toe shoes to participate in the tour. This is a safety precaution that the breweries themselves are required to enforce, therefore, no exceptions can be made. If you are taking a tour during the summer months, please plan accordingly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Yes, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions. Please inform us regarding the nature of your restrictions when booking your tour!<\/span><\/p>\n

A note on gluten: Typically, beer is not gluten-free. Some of our tour stops do from time to time offer gluten-free options, however, we cannot guarantee their availability. Gluten-free guests should consider our non-drinker ticket, so they can purchase cider or gluten-free beer when available.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
