Capitol City Brewing Co. opened its doors in 1992 as the first brewpub in our nation’s capitol since prohibition, giving its citizens \u2013 and its many visitors \u2013 the freedom to enjoy some of the finest hand-crafted beer in the country, brewed right on the premises. Operating as a traditional brewpub, they match brewhouse production with on-site bar consumption to serve the freshest beer possible to their customers, unlike large-scale production breweries or hybrids. With state of the art brewhouses located in each restaurant, Capitol City (known by the locals as \u2018Cap City\u2019) enables its brewers to closely monitor each phase of the brewing process and bring the beer to you within hours of completion. Fresh brewed from their tanks to your mouth. Can you imagine anything better?<\/p>\n

Cap City prides themselves on using only the highest quality hops, fresh yeast and select malts to brew their distinctive ales, lagers and pilsners with aromas as intoxicating as the ABV! On this stop, you\u2019ll also enjoy an excellent menu of regional cuisine cultivated in the Mid-Atlantic area and delivered fresh daily.
