What is the cancellation, rescheduling, refund policy?<\/p>\n

All ticket sales are final. Tours cannot be exchanged, rescheduled, or refunded.<\/p>\n

Guests that purchase our optional ticket insurance during checkout can cancel or reschedule their tour with\u00a0at least 24 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong> and can be rescheduled or reimbursed for the full tour ticket price (minus the booking fee and insurance fee).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Could my tour be cancelled?<\/p>\n

Not likely, but it is possible. In the event of severe weather or a lack of tour-goers, the tour may be canceled.<\/p>\n

In the event of inclement weather, the decision to cancel will be made by Brew Tours Staff at least 12 hours before the start of the tour. If roads are fair and our brewery partners are open, we make every effort to run our tours as scheduled. If you are unable to travel due to inclement weather, please give us a call at 414-246-TOUR to discuss your options. We will not be able to issue full refunds without the purchase of ticket insurance, but we may be able to find you another tour option in the future.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Our tours pick up at The Brewhouse Inn and Suites, 1215 N. 10th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53205. Street Parking is available, and parking is also available at the Brewery District Garage at 902 W. Juneau Avenue. For more information, head to Brewhouse Inn & Suites<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Why do I have to wear closed-toed shoes?<\/p>\n
<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

All guests must wear closed-toe shoes to participate in the tour. This is a safety precaution that the breweries themselves are required to enforce, therefore, no exceptions can be made. If you are taking a tour during the summer months, please plan accordingly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Yes, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions. Please inform us regarding the nature of your restrictions when booking your tour!<\/span><\/p>\n

A note on gluten: Typically, beer is not gluten-free. Some of our tour stops do from time to time offer gluten-free options, however, we cannot guarantee their availability. Gluten-free guests should consider our non-drinker ticket, so they can purchase cider or gluten-free beer when available.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What is the difference between the public and private tour?<\/p>\n

We offer 2 different public tours which you can read more about here<\/a>. Because private tours are personalized, there is a sliding scale of differences between them vs. public tours. Generally, we suggest private tours for corporate events, bachelor\/bachelorette parties, and other groups of over 10 guests. We do not recommend driving to our tours. Whenever possible, please use a car service or public transportation to get to your pick up spot. If you must drive, street parking is available. In addition, there is a garage at 9th & Juneau in Milwaukee, just 1 block from the Brewhouse Inn.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

If you purchase travel insurance with your tickets, tours can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Do I need to print out my confirmation email\/how do I print my ticket?<\/p>\n

\n

You can simply show up to the pickup spot a few minutes early, with a valid form of ID and closed-toed shoes. You do not need a physical ticket or to print out your confirmation email, just give your name to the guide!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?<\/p>\n

Many of our stops are wheelchair accessible. However, our seated passenger vans can only accommodate folding wheelchairs on private tours.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Can someone under 21 attend?<\/p>\n

\n

You must be 21 or older and show proper identification in order to participate in our tour, even if you\u2019ve purchased a non-drinker ticket.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We often include prepaid gratuity for parties of 4 or more.
