If roads are fair and our brewery partners are open, we make every effort to run our tours as scheduled. If we have to cancel a tour due to weather, full refunds will be provided. Should you wish to reschedule due to inability to travel during the inclement weather, please give us a call at (438) 800-4419 to discuss your options, a fee may apply if your tour was still scheduled to operate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class='accordion'>\n<div class='accordion-title open'>What should I wear?<\/p>\n<div class='icon'><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class='accordion-content'>\n<p>We don\u2019t have a dress code, however our brewery affiliates and our company policy require CLOSED TOE SHOES to go behind the scenes. Please call us if you have any difficulty booking a tour.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class='accordion'>\n<div class='accordion-title open'>Why wasn\u2019t I able to pay when making a booking?<\/p>\n<div class='icon'><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class='accordion-content'>\n<p><strong>If we did not ask for payment during the booking process, we have not reached our minimum tour participants<\/strong>. Once the tour minimum is met, the system will automatically accept your booking request and you will then have 48 hours to pay the amount due. <strong>If this payment is not received within 48 hours, the system will automatically cancel your tour.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class='accordion'>\n<div class='accordion-title open'>What is a beer guide?<\/p>\n<div class='icon'><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class='accordion-content'>\n<p>Beer Guide \/bir \u0261\u012bd\/ (n.)\u00a0A clever, intelligent, and charismatic individual who passes on an epic and timeless beer knowledge through stories and jokes to eager and enthusiastic tour-goers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class='accordion'>\n<div class='accordion-title open'>Could my tour get cancelled?<\/p>\n<div class='icon'><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class='accordion-content'>\n<p>Not likely, but it&#8217;s possible. In the event of severe weather or a lack of tour-goers, the tour may be canceled. If there are less than four\u00a0(4) seats booked for a tour, that tour may be subject to cancellation (so bring all of your friends and family)!<\/p>\n<p>If there are less than four\u00a0(4) seats booked for a tour, we will do our best to notify you via email\/phone at least 48 hours prior to your tour and try to reschedule you to an alternate date\/time. If you must drive, there are several garages nearby. Please be sure to check what time the garage closes, as some WILL close during the middle of a tour.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class='accordion'>\n<div class='accordion-title open'>What\u2019s included in the price?<\/p>\n<div class='icon'><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class='accordion-content'>\n<p>Tours are ALL INCLUSIVE! If your group is greater than 14 people, please contact us about our private tour availability.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class='accordion'>\n<div class='accordion-title open'>Can you drink in the van?<\/p>\n<div class='icon'><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class='accordion-content'>\n<p>Drinking is reserved only for the breweries.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class='accordion'>\n<div class='accordion-title open'>What is your policy on intoxication before and during the tour?<\/p>\n<div class='icon'><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class='accordion-content'>\n<p>If a person is visibly intoxicated before the tour begins, we have to right to deny your entrance onto the tour. During the tour, if a customer disobeys, disrespects, causes any physical or emotional harm to any property, staff, or the group as a whole, their entire group will be removed from the tour. If either of these situations occur, no refund will be provided. <strong>DO NOT PRE-GAME THE BREW TOUR and RESPECT THE BREWERIES, GUIDE, &amp; VEHICLE.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>WE ARE VERY SERIOUS ABOUT THIS POLICY.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class='accordion'>\n<div class='accordion-title open'>What is the Refund Policy for Montreal Brew Tours?<\/p>\n<div class='icon'><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class='accordion-content'>\n<p>Due to high demand for tours, tickets are non-refundable 3 days prior to the tour.
