Owner and head brewer of Eclipse Brewing, Chris Mattern, takes brewing small batches of beer very seriously, and that\u2019s only part of the New Jersey micro-brewery\u2019s charm. Comfortable and unassuming, Eclipse was founded at the close of 2016 and consists of 18 taps, some of them pouring non-alcoholic sodas at times to please the whole crowd. What you see is what you get, so don\u2019t wait too long to try that awesome new brew! The beers available are constantly changing due to Mattern\u2019s passion for nano-brewing that allows him to brew his own beers as well as serve them to happy customers. There\u2019s always new beer to try and a vinyl record to play at Eclipse, and using those hops grown right in its backyard ensures that every brew is made as freshly as possible and served with lots of love.<\/p>\n
