HAPPY NEW YEAR! The first month of the year is the most ideal time to set our intentions for 2019. I intend to take full advantage of the amazing beer culture we have in Portland. The world of craft is blazing with creativity and I am eager to see what new recipes our talented brewers create. The winter months seem to be the time to focus on food and beer pairings while we hibernate and wait for Spring, but that doesn’t mean that our love for beer and food need to outweigh our health. So far we are having a mild Winter which means we should all get outside and enjoy the beauty of the PNW.
