We operate rain, shine, and snow as long as the roads are safe and we have met our minimum to run the tour.<\/p>\n

Changes and cancellations are free up to 7 Days<\/strong>\u00a0before the tour. Ticket insurance allows you to make changes or cancel up to\u00a03 hours<\/strong>\u00a0before the tour,\u00a0and we will reschedule or reimburse you for your full tour ticket price (minus the booking fee and insurance fee).\u00a0Insurance can only be purchased when making your initial reservation, and cannot be added after the fact.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

You know it! We provide plenty of beer on each and every one of our tours. Trust us\u2013 you won\u2019t be thirsting for more.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Can I drink on the bus for private tours?<\/p>\n
<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n

No open alcohol containers are allowed on the bus. If you decide to open an alcoholic beverage, you will be asked to leave the tour. We do have storage available on the bus for any purchases for later consumption that you make along the tour, though.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Could my tour be cancelled?<\/p>\n

Not likely, but it is possible. In the event of severe weather or a lack of tour-goers, the tour may be canceled.<\/p>\n

In the event of inclement weather, the decision to cancel will be made by Brew Tours Staff at least 12 hours before the start of the tour. If roads are fair and our brewery partners are open, we make every effort to run our tours as scheduled.\u00a0 If you are unable to travel due to inclement weather, please give us a call at856-263-2337 to discuss your options. We will not be able to issue full refunds without the purchase of ticket insurance, but we may be able to find you another tour option in the future.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Why do I have to wear closed-toed shoes?<\/p>\n

All guests must wear closed-toe shoes to participate in the tour. This is a safety precaution that the breweries themselves are required to enforce, therefore, no exceptions can be made. If you are taking a tour during the summer months, please plan accordingly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Yes, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions. Please inform us regarding the nature of your restrictions when booking your tour!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A note on gluten: Typically, beer is not gluten-free. Some of our tour stops do from time to time offer gluten-free options, however, we cannot guarantee their availability. Gluten-free guests should consider our non-drinker ticket, so they can purchase cider or gluten-free beer when available.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What is the difference between the public and private tour?<\/p>\n

We currently offer one public walking tour, Signature Portland Brew Tour<\/a>. Public tours follow a set route and schedule and are exclusively walking-based.<\/p>\n

Private tours, on the other hand, are fully customizable and ideal for corporate outings, bachelor\/bachelorette parties, or groups of 10 or more. These experiences can include upgraded meal pairings, open bar packages, and round-trip transportation in a variety of upscale vehicle options. Learn More<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Yes, you must book in advance. Online registration for public tours closes 3 hours prior to tour time but give us a ring if you\u2019d like to book. Private tours require more time – a minimum of 1 week prior to your respective tour date but the more time we have, the better. A 25% deposit is required to reserve your date and the remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to tour time. Email info@brewtours.us\u00a0for more info.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

You can simply show up to the pick-up spot a few minutes early, with a valid form of ID and closed-toe shoes. You do not need a physical ticket or to print out your confirmation email, just give your name to the guide!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

You must be 21 or older and show proper identification in order to participate in our tour, even if you\u2019ve purchased a non-drinker ticket.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We often include prepaid gratuity for parties of 4 or more. If you think your guide did a great job, we suggest tipping $15 per person.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
