What is the cancellation, rescheduling, refund policy?<\/p>\n

We operate rain, shine, and snow as long as the roads are safe and we have met our minimum to run the tour.<\/p>\n

Changes, rescheduling, and cancellations are free up to 72 Hours<\/strong> before the tour. Ticket insurance allows you to make changes or cancel up to three<\/strong> (3) hours<\/strong>\u00a0before the tour,\u00a0and we will reschedule or reimburse you for your full tour ticket price (minus the booking fee and insurance fee).\u00a0Insurance can only be purchased when making your initial reservation, and cannot be added after the fact.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Could my tour be cancelled?<\/p>\n

Cancellations are uncommon, but they can happen. Tours may be canceled due to severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, or if the minimum guest count is not met.<\/p>\n

In the event of inclement weather, City Brew Tours San Antonio staff will make any cancellation decision at least twelve (12) hours before the scheduled tour start time whenever possible<\/em><\/strong>. If roads are safe and our brewery partners are open, we make every effort to operate tours as scheduled.<\/p>\n

If you are unable to travel due to inclement weather, please contact us<\/a> or give us a call at 210-960-8868<\/a> to discuss your options. Full refunds are not available without the purchase of ticket insurance, but we may be able to help you reschedule for a future tour.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Where do your tours pick up?<\/p>\n

Our pick up location is Hotel Indigo San Antonio Riverwalk<\/a> located at 830 N St Mary’s St, San Antonio, TX 78205<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Upon arrival you can step into the hotel lobby and look for the City Brew Tours sign. We will meet you there. The tour van departs promptly at the scheduled start time, so we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Why do I have to wear closed-toed shoes?<\/p>\n
<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n

Closed-toe shoes are required for all guests<\/strong><\/em>. This is a brewery safety requirement and no exceptions can be made. During the summer months, please plan accordingly and wear comfortable, tour-appropriate footwear.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We can accommodate most dietary restrictions with advance notice. Please let us know about any allergies, dietary needs, or restrictions when booking your tour so we can plan accordingly.<\/p>\n

A note about gluten: beer is typically not gluten-free. Some tour stops may offer gluten-free options from time to time, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Gluten-free guests may want to consider purchasing a non-drinker ticket and then purchasing cider, gluten-free beer, or another available option directly from the brewery when offered.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We\u2019ll take care of the beer selections for you. Throughout the tour, you\u2019ll enjoy a handpicked lineup of local craft beers curated by our expert guides.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Tours require a minimum of four (4) guests to operate. If the minimum guest count is not met, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Our public tours can accommodate fourteen (14) guests, and for groups of ten (10) or more, we recommend private tours<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What is the difference between the public and private tour?<\/p>\n

Our Signature Brew Tour<\/a> is a public tour that lasts approximately 3.5 hours and includes stops at three (3) local breweries.<\/p>\n

Private tours are customized for your group, so the experience may differ from our public tours depending on your group size, goals, schedule, and preferences. We generally recommend private tours for corporate events, bachelor and bachelorette parties, celebrations, and other groups of ten (10) or more guests.<\/p>\n

We strongly recommend using a rideshare service, taxi, car service, designated driver, or public transportation to get to and from the pickup location.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you do choose to drive, parking is not available at Hotel Indigo. Free and paid street parking, lots, and garages are available in the surrounding area, but availability and restrictions may change based on downtown events. Check the SAPark Website<\/a> for the most up-to-date parking information before your tour.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Hotel Indigo is located in downtown San Antonio and is accessible by VIA Metropolitan Transit. Several VIA routes serve the downtown area, and nearby routes may serve or run near St. Mary\u2019s, Navarro, Martin, Pecan, and other downtown streets.<\/p>\n

For the most accurate route and schedule, we recommend using Google Maps<\/a>, the Transit<\/a> app, or VIA\u2019s trip planner<\/a> and entering \u201cHotel Indigo San Antonio Riverwalk\u201d or \u201c830 N. St. Mary\u2019s St., San Antonio, TX 78205\u201d as your destination.<\/p>\n

Please check your route before your tour, especially during downtown events, holidays, San Antonio Fiesta, parades, construction, or road closures, as these may affect transit stops and walking routes. Plan to arrive 10\u201315 minutes before your scheduled tour time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Do I need to print out my confirmation email\/how do I print my ticket?<\/p>\n

You can simply show up to the pickup spot a few minutes early, with a valid form of ID and closed-toed shoes.<\/strong> You do not need a physical ticket or to print out your confirmation email, just give your name to the guide!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?<\/p>\n

Many of our stops are wheelchair accessible. However, our seated passenger vans can only accommodate folding wheelchairs on private tours.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Can someone under 21 attend?<\/p>\n

You must be 21 or older and show proper identification in order to participate in our tour, even if you\u2019ve purchased a non-drinker ticket.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Prepaid gratuity is often included for parties of four or more. If your guide provided a great experience, we suggest a tip of $15 per person.
