Cousins Augie and Chris Carton started Carton Brewing in their home town of Atlantic Highlands in 2011. They acquired a small unassuming brick warehouse and converted it into their brewery. The first floor housed a 15 barrel brew house and just upstairs there is a cozy and welcoming tasting room. They’ve since outgrown their original brew house and built a 10,000 square foot state of the art facility next to the brick warehouse. You can still visit the tasting room and with weekly beer releases you’ll always find something great at Carton Brewing.
