Situated in the heart of the vibrant Sugar House neighborhood, Hopkins Brewing Company is the perfect place to swing into for some award-winning beer and scratch-made food. Opened in 2018, Hopkins made it their mission to source local and sustainable ingredients for all their menu items, and use Solstice Malt, a local craft malt house, to brew their selection of continuously rotating house beer.
Hopkins’ inviting restaurant is host to events throughout the week such as live music, trivia nights, Fish Fry Fridays, and small-batch Fridays (every other week) where they feature creative small-batch brews. Additionally, they offer other local beverages such as spirits, kombucha, and cider, as well as offer gluten free and vegan options on their food menu. There is sure to be something for everyone, and that something will be made with local ingredients!
