Cold Spring Brewery is the only non-profit brewery in the state of New Jersey and we are lucky enough to have them on our tours. Not only do you get to enjoy your beer in a barn built in the 1800s but you can see the historically clothed interpreters, historic buildings and take a step back to a much simpler time.
