Chacho uses pure South American cane sugar to distill their twist on a Columbian classic, aguardiente. Chacho’s spin on this strong, sugarcane liquor involves infusing it with fresh jalapeños for some added fire on the palate. Their Jalapeño Aguardiente, which is also offered as a barrel-finished version, is the basis for all their cocktails which include tasty favorites such as the Chacho-Rita, Pine-apeño, and Medellin Mule.
