Since opening the original location in the Eliot neighborhood in 2014, Ex Novo Brewing Company has experienced a lot of growth. Now, there are locations in Beaverton, Corrales, N.M., and soon in Hillsboro. Ex Novo is a community-focused brewery, with a mission since day one to donate 100% of its net profits to organizations helping build the world into a better place. To date, they have been able to contribute over $100,000 to local and global charities. All the more reason to stay for a few rounds of beer! Ex Novo also has a cocktail list, food menu, and happy hour menu (weekdays until 5pm) that are worth checking out.
