Not likely, but it is possible. In the event of severe weather or the tour does not meet the minimum number of guests required to operate it within 72 hours, the tour may be canceled.
In the event of inclement weather, the decision to cancel will be made by Brew Tours Staff at least 12 hours before the start of the tour. If roads are fair and our brewery partners are open, we make every effort to run our tours as scheduled. If you are unable to travel due to inclement weather, please give us a call at 412-419-2337 to discuss your options. We will not be able to issue full refunds without the purchase of ticket insurance, but we may be able to find you another tour option in the future.
TBD
All guests must wear closed-toe shoes to participate in the tour. This is a safety precaution that the breweries themselves are required to enforce, therefore, no exceptions can be made. If you are taking a tour during the summer months, please plan accordingly.
Yes, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions. Please inform us regarding the nature of your restrictions when booking your tour!
A note on gluten: Typically, beer is not gluten-free. Some of our tour stops do from time to time offer gluten-free options, however, we cannot guarantee their availability. Gluten-free guests should consider our non-drinker ticket, so they can purchase cider or gluten-free beer when available.
No need to worry about choosing your beers at each stop. You’ll receive a handpicked selection of local craft beer curated by our beer expert guides.
In order for us to run a tour, we need a minimum of 2 participants.

Public tours are walking-only and operate on a set schedule. Private tours, on the other hand, are customizable and vary in format and experience. We generally recommend private tours for corporate outings, bachelor or bachelorette parties, and other groups of 10 or more. Private tours are often driving-based but can also be arranged as walking tours. You can learn more about our private tours here.
