Gigantic Brewing

Gigantic claims to do two things: “make the best damn IPA in Portland, Oregon, and produce seasonal, exciting, flavorful beers”. And they do both of those very well. Gigantic Brewing‘s goal is to simultaneously create new interpretations of classic styles, and to ignore those same style guidelines completely. The Gigantic motto? “Never Give an Inch”. They start small and stay small, focusing on exceptional beer, versus a large quantity of boring beer.
