Highly Recommend!

A few weeks ago, my wife and some friends had the chance to enjoy the city brew tour with our guide Braxton. We had a great time trying out breweries new to us. Braxton was a terrific host and informative guide. We would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a night out on the town or visiting from out of town.

*What is the cancellation, rescheduling, refund policy?

Our tours operate rain or shine as long as conditions are safe and the tour minimum is met.

Changes and cancellations are free up to 7 days before the tour. Ticket insurance allows you to make changes or cancel up to 3 hours before the tour, with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund (minus booking and insurance fees). Insurance must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added later.

Could my tour be cancelled?

While rare, cancellations can occur. If severe weather or a lack of participants prevents the tour from running, we will notify you at least 12 hours in advance.

If you cannot attend due to weather conditions, please call us at 617-453-8687 to discuss options. Full refunds require ticket insurance, but we may be able to reschedule you for a future tour.

Where do your tours meet?

Our meeting point is 26 North St, Boston, MA 02109, in front Bostonian Hotel Boston. Tours depart promptly at the time listed, so we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to check-in. Look for your guide wearing a Flavor Walk lanyard.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Given the nature of the tour and the set menus at each venue, accommodating dietary restrictions is unlikely, but we will do our best with advance notice. Please share any dietary restrictions when booking, and we’ll make every effort to assist where possible.

Do I need to tip my guide?

Gratuity is often included for private tours or groups of 4 or more. If you feel your guide did a great job, we suggest tipping $10-$15 per person.

What is your tour minimum?

Our walking tours require a minimum of 4 participants to run. If the minimum is not met, we will contact you in advance to reschedule or offer alternative options.

What is the difference between public and private tours?

Public tours follow a set itinerary and group size, while private tours are customizable. Private tours can include premium dining options, alcohol pairings, and tailored stops. Private tours are ideal for corporate events, family outings, or special celebrations. Learn more on our Private Tours page.

What is included in the confirmation email?

Your confirmation email includes your reservation details, meeting location, tour itinerary, and important policy information.
