Choose Your Tour

Flexible Cancellation Policy: Due to the unprecedented influx of cancellation requests we have received during the pandemic, we were unfortunately forced to temporarily suspend refunds throughout April and into May. We have now begun the process of fulfilling those refund requests in the order in which they were received. If your tour was cancelled due to the pandemic:

1. You may reschedule your tour without any penalty up to a full year from its original date. This simply moves your booking for your entire party to a new date and time of your choice. Based on current social distancing restrictions we can not reschedule you any sooner than July 1st.
2. You may receive a credit in the form of a generic gift voucher. This voucher for the value of your original booking can be used to make a new booking, in any of our 11 cities, at any time within the next two years. Generic vouchers can also be gifted to others.
3. You can wait for your refund to be processed, and we will reach back out to confirm when it’s completed.

Our goal is to complete processing of all refund requests within 90 days.
