As an Ecommerce Analyst you’ll research our customer funnel, site behavior, and sales conversions to provide our team accurate data to make decisions in a high speed environment. You will build dashboards and reports as well as provide analyses of marketing experiments. Success in this role will identify issues and opportunities with marketing channels, site experience and/or product shortcomings. You will prioritize which hypotheses need to be tested and improve the team’s understanding of experiment results and ultimately yield more sales. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager and will collaborate remotely with coworkers across a number of departments.
You are proactive, inquisitive and love to look for the root cause. You believe strategic decisions need to be backed up by data and you love statistics. You are able to set deadlines and follow through but you don’t take life too seriously. You love beer and the industry surrounding the craft explosion. We are seeking a driven, goal-oriented, self starter to manage multiple City Brew Tours regional markets. The Tour Operations Coordinator is responsible for planning all aspects of upcoming tours in the assigned cities, including itinerary confirmation, hiring charter vehicles and ordering catering. They also administer other aspects of the cities’ operations such as adhering to budget, furthering personal relationships between CBT and featured brewery affiliates, training of new staff and development and evaluation of current staff. Tour Operations Coordinators report to the Experiences Manager and have direct reports from many part-time Beer Guides in each assigned city. The selected employee can live in and work from any of the following areas: Boston, MA or Washington, DC.
You like to manage your own schedule, set deadlines, and follow through. You don’t have an issue speaking up if you have found a better way to do something or you want to pursue a new opportunity. You love beer and the industry surrounding the craft explosion. You thrive on the success of your peers as much as your own, and you let people know when they’ve done well. You believe communication is the key to success. Travelling to an assigned city at least once per month excites you. You’re as comfortable talking to someone 1-on-1 as you are speaking to a group of 50. You’re comfortable working from home, at a brewery, or on the road. You enjoy having the security of a steady job, but don’t like or want the rigidity of a 9-5.
Travel Required: 15-30%
Driver’s License and clean driving record (no DUIs) required. No CDL needed.
Physical Requirements: You will be required to safely operate a motor vehicle. This includes the ability to sit for durations of up to 60 minutes at a time while driving. You may also need to sit for longer durations and look at a computer screen while working in your home office. You will be required to stand and walk for durations of at least 45 minutes at each tour stop and you will also need the mobility to pour beer from pitchers to glasses at various locations.

As a Tour and Experience Guide, you would be responsible for leading educational beer and food experiences through both our City Brew Tours and Unboxed Experiences brands. Tour and Experience Guides are responsible for entertaining groups of beer & food enthusiasts by sharing their knowledge with passion.
This is a full time position with 32 hours guaranteed weekly. Unboxed Tour and Experience Guides must live in the metro area of either Boston, or DC and can work a variety of shifts that can range from 2 to 6+ hours. Our busiest time during the week is Thursday – Saturday. Nights and/or weekend availability is a must. Tour and Experience Guides report to the Experiences Manager.
